T/C Encore 12 ga 3" slug pressures?

i have a T/C Encore with 12 ga 24" prohunter smooth bore and a rifled choke, the idea was mostly used for shot and occasionally slugs. well i purchased some Remington premier expander slugs. i noticed that on the shell it says "MAX 1050 BAR" when i do the conversion that comes to 15,228.96 PSI and when i look around online everybody says the max pressure is 11,500 PSI. is it safe to shoot these? thats way over the max pressure

i talked to a gunsmith and he explained to me that the marking is not a measure of pressure but something related to the shotgun, i didn't understand the details, something about how that marking is required for international sales. he assured me the ammo meets that 11,500 psi rule.
