Greetings my Mini-loving brothers and sisters!

I am a long time lurker, about 2 years, who has finally decided (with trepidation) to join. I will admit right off…that I am clueless about the navigational and etiquette aspects of message boards. I am terrified that I will make a complete fool of myself with this first posting. Please don’t hesitate to provide guidance…I am thick skinned. I have truly enjoyed the board over the past couple of years, I have learned much, and have had more that a few laughs and smiles. My thanks to each of you, for your camaraderie, and for the privilege of joining your ranks!

Hey man Welcome! You should have done it sooner! Well don't worry about acting a fool on this board, its all fun and games. Everyone here is very freindly and helpful, unlike certain other boards. Anyhow, have fun, Nice rifle! Get some mods, if you want, and post a pic in the "gallery".

Greeting to you as well, and WELCOME.

You have been lurking for 2 years? You really should have joined sooner! It realy is a painless thing!

You certainly did not say anything foolish in your first post. Navigating around the board is pretty simple, and I am sure you will get the hang of it in no time!

Again, Welcome and...

Good Shooting!

What will you do without ammo?

Thank you, Signed,

Welcome, indeed! I know the feeling as I kind of did the same for a while. I'm still not very adept at getting around on the computer stuff, but I did find this to be one of the best set up and easiest to use boards.

As far as info on mini's and 10/22's this has to be the mother lode and the rest ain't bad either. If you've been lurking 2 years, then you already know that Cajun is the best kept "secret" on the net.

OK, I don't want you to feel lonely so here's my foolish idea.

I want somebody to mill a 10/22 receiver to accept American 180 top feed drums. That would give the little 10/22 a 275 round mag capacity

American 180 drums can be readily purchased with a capacity from 100 to 275 rounds.

The 10/22 receiver is relatively cheap and I think there's a market for this beast.

Is that possible! How much would that cost?

Thank you, Signed,

It's absolutely 100% possible but at what cost?

You'd need a talented gunsmith that wanted to do this as a fun project because it would be impossible for anybody to pay him for all the hours it would take to make this baby. I think he'd have well over 200 hours shop time and R&D in a project such as this.
