It didn't last long but the slow speed showed the Mini barrel flexing as much as the SP1 barrel even though the Mini barrel is much shorter than the SP1 barrel. The SP1 barrel is a .625 diameter and the Mini barrel is .562". I can only guess that the flex of the 18.5 inch skinny barrel would be much more obvious.

Yup goes to show that the mini isn't the only platform that wiggles when it fires but if you ask me that sp1 looked like it was gonna come apart.

I think i would definitely prefer the mini AC556 as the rate of fire makes the platform more controllable for the shooter.

Thanks!! It's a fun shooter, gets a lot of looks... It was worth the stamp for sure, shoots better groups after lopping off 5.5" of the barrel.
