Sorry for the slow response. I haven't bought anything yet. I'm still using the ones I have. I'm restoring an '84 Silverado, so all of my spending money has been going into that project.

If y'all don't mind open tops and bungees, you could try ATS Tactical Triple AR 7 62 Shingle Magazine Pouch Multicam Kryptek Coyote RG BK | eBay

Quality on mine is top notch. Have a set mounted on a Condor Exo-PC (no pics right now, sorry). Heavy with 6x25 bangers, SPEAR/BALCS inserts, and 11x14" plates though.

Only thing to watch is that if you're running an M14, they're loose unless you use CMI 25 bangers. Then they're perfect.

Best,
Grumpy

I dont bother with rifle-rated armor, ,just concealable armor. I use a daypack and a buttpack. the shelter/sleep gear and spare clothing is folded, rolled-up, wedged between the packs, and tied in place. That way, it serves as a pack frame and I can use lightwight, compact, low cost gear. I carry most stuff outside of the pack, reserving the space inside of it for hiding the taken-down AR, suppressor, spare mags, night vision, passive IR scanner, etc.
