Some Manufacturers Don't Know Their Own Products

I was looking at a bullet I'm interested in trying (once vendors have them back in stock). The G1 Ballistic Coefficient for this bullet is listed as .411 by many reputable vendors like Midway USA. The BC of the same bullet is listed as .328 on the manufacturer's website. A call to tech support at the Manufacturer (Speer) gave me a G1 BC of .351 which agrees with Speer's last few catalogs.

That's a significant variance in BC when working out trajectories on paper before getting to the loading and testing. My conclusion: I don't know if anyone really knows the G1 BC, so I'll have to figure it out myself in the field. But high BC is one reason I buy certain projectiles in the first place. So should I even waste my money on this bullet in my search for long range projectiles for 7.62x39?
