Ruger wrangler

I picked up a new Ruger Wrangler yesterday. I didn't know what to expect but I'm very happy with it, good trigger and surprisingly accurate, It's a fun little .22 six gun.

Thank you, It's going to live in the glovebox of my Kawasaki Mule. With the cerakote finish I won't be terribly worried about it, and I'll always have a utility revolver handy. I think Ruger will sell a boat load of these things.

Ruger handguns are always my first choice.
That's where they started and has always been where they shine.
The QC has been better in the past but they do fix their F'up's
in a timely manner when they occur.
The Cerakote is a surprise tho.
Good looking piece from the pictures I saw.
Have fun!

You don't have to be super accurate to have fun with a wrangler, close range can bouncing is a blast with this thing.

Drusus, my up close vision is near perfect for reading the fine print on a medicine bottle, while my distance vision is crap.
Once I correct for distance with contacts, I can't see detail on a damned thing out past the end of my arms.
So you'll usually find me with a pair of Clic 2x power reading glasses hanging around my neck, while I have my contacts in.
I found that my inability to focus on front and rear sight, along with the target could be mitigated by using a pair of half power reading glasses.
They don't really mess up my distance vision, just fuzz it up a bit but not bad.
While they allow me to see pistol sights quite clearly.
I keep a pair of cheap folding half power reading glasses in my truck, and each range bag.
Just something to think about.

They are inexpensive but really good. I'm going to pick up another one just because they make me grin.
