You're not quite the Horatio Alger you imagine yourself to be, if a word of what you claim is even true.
Why don't you let us all in on the big secret free, what exactly is it that you do for a living? Where did you get your education? Where are you really from? Who are you?

Tell me they aren't getting Pell Grants and student loans, if not other forms of financial aid.
Well I am sure that many of them are, my wife's daughter got Pell Grants, and a a couple of different small scholarships. Is that anything new?

Thank high taxes.

Yes and the "government" is devaluing the dollar, yet you libs say nothing about that.

The colleges raise tuition costs beyond the scope of greed, and you libs cry about working people not paying enough taxes.

Unless Imposter is nearly old enough to be retired, I do not for one second believe he received no aid from family and/or government to get through school.
I did, at times I had three part time jobs going at once, also, cash, cash is good.

Obama is not concerned so much with minimum wages but maximum wages.

Class warfare, Obamacare, tax the rich, etc.. Seems he wants a cap on income.

When I was in college, it was 1500.00 per semester, and my rent was 112.00 per month for a studio basement hole in the ground.

I lived on 450.00 a month, worked for the school, and other jobs as well. I drove old, paid for cars, and I ate cheap. Lived cheap.

Did not party, go on Spring Break, did not get drunk every weekend like many I knew in college.

In the summer, I worked to save up for the 3k just for school that next year, and also managed to put some extra away.

That's 5400.00 per year for living, and 3k for school. I bought used books, or no books as I learned to take great notes, study my notes, and that was enough for an A or B in the course easy. The courses where I needed a book, I found study groups or copied off the parts I needed from the library.

Yep, I was a cheap college student, and it can still be done today, but I do see that the college is much more expensive, and not really providing more for that price that I can see.
