Identification what do I have?

One of the guns my dad left me when he passed I’m not to familiar with bolt action. It has a serial# It’s calibered in .300 WinMag and has a few stamped markings but no make or model any info would be great thanks

That is a heavily sporterized british pattern 1914 rifle, and as noted above, the front action screw, or "king" screw is missing. It needs this to be able to fire safely. take this rifle to a gunsmith for a "once-over" before shooting it.

Yes, but the bolt face would need to be opened up to accept the rim size of the magnum round.

Roy Weatherby made many a magnum rifle from U.S. model 1917, and british pattern 1914 actions, early on in his career.
