your thoughts on a shoulder holster please.

It needs to go under my right arm vertically.
Probably nylon due to cost of leather.
Special consideration.
I am confined to a wheelchair .
My shirt size it 3XL so it needs to be fairly large.
Needs to be able to handle my RIA Novak full size .45ACP.
Ones to stay away from, ones to check into and anything I may have missed.
All will be appreciated.

I use a Galco V.H.S. for a 5" 1911 quite regularly while out in the woods, but that doesn't help you.

I think you'd be fine with going with an Uncle Mike's. That's just an idea. Seems most shoulder holsters are horizontal carry.
