Howdy from north Idaho,
We might be able to work something out that'll make both of us happy. Ron Smith built some rifles for me a few years ago-great rifles! I know his work. I have an older rack grade SA M1A in excellent mechanical condition. Well used. It now has a GI fiberglass stock on it. I do have a new SA synthetic stock and handguard if you would prefer that. You seem to like scouts. I
have a darling walnut scout-200 rounds through her. Harris bipod. I also have one of Ron Smith's scope mounts for it-or the rack grade-never mounted. I do have a Steyr SSG 69 in used excellent condition. It has the original stock that was professionally camoed brown/tan. This is my first writing on this site and I'm not all that computer competent. I'm 58 years young-new to me. I
have a McMillan A2 but it is for a Rem 700 long action.
Let me know if you are interested-one way or the other.

Thanks,
Larry
