Thats good shooten there guy! If you are happy with your 10/22, I'd leave it as is, but I don't think tuning, or modifying, a stock ruger is a mistake if it improves the accuracy. If you can shoot 1 1/2" groups consistantly at 50 yds, with the std. barrel you are better than most. Where as a match barrel, you could be shooten .5" groups (using a bench rest). Maby you are better at reading, the wind than the others were, its a good skill to have. Try it again on a still day, and see what happens.
