It's 13-15 inch pounds. 13 ft. lbs will strip those little bolts in a heartbeat.

Hmm, 30 inch pounds was enough to strip one of those bolts on my mini-30. Best bet would probably be to use no more than 24-25 inch pounds and use a little loc-tite on them to keep them from coming loose.
