Sorry to hear of your problem dvdstdg. I don't think they have an easy out that small #1, #2, #3. are too big so I don't believe drilling from the bottom will do it for ya. If it were me Id very carefully dremmel out an indent with a cone shaped stone into the allen wrench, drill off the head with a carbide tiped or cobalt drill (high speed is too soft). The top ring should come off, with a nub prouding. A small pair of vice grips would unscrew the knub. If you can find a torque tip driver that small you may be able to drill a hole, and tap in the torue tip to remove the screw.
Now if you don't have any tools, it may be cheaper to take it to a smith, It will be very cheap. Course if you have $6 tasco rings, consider the cost.
