Herter's is manufactured by TULA. Both are low quality, reliability is erratic. If SHTF ,& last resort ammo was needed, to hunt... & sustain my self , I would force myself to put it through my gun. Read the fine print on Herter's & let me know what you've read. As far as regular ammo loaded in MAGS, for defense...DO YOU AND YOUR SELF A BIG FAVOR; AND AVOID IT. (ALSO, tooo dirty to bother with; carbon fouling , galore)
