I haven't been on any formal trap leagues for a long time, like you it got to expensive and I don't have the time anymore. I do get out for a few rounds of sporting clays a few times a year now though, mostly to get ready for bird hunting. Last time I went to the trap range last year I took a wingmaster set up with a 18 1/2 in riot barrel and smoked 17 out of 25, not bad for a short barrel and open choke.
