Texas Tactical will be putting on a Tactical Carbine match on Saturday March 3rd, 2001 at our Range near Johnson City, Texas.

There will be 2 divisions
1. Iron sights
2. Scoped or Red dot or other sighting device.

To keep the playing field as level as possible for everyone:
There will be a ten round limit on what can be loaded in a magazine!

There will be 6 stages based on self defense scenarios.
Sign up time will be at 9:30am Hammer down at 10:00am.

Hey Mike how does the mini fare at these matches. Seems the AR guys like to pick on the mini.I dont think you guys shoot past 100yds in a tac. match do ya? Maybe a little slower in mag changes. Let us know if ya can.

We got so much rain before the match that we had to postpone it to next saturday March the 10th, 2001.

Mini's work just fine for these matches!!
I believe as most of you do that its the man behind the gun that counts more than the gun itself!!
We normally shoot stages that are close in from 3yards out to about 50yds with a 100 yard stage thrown in for a little accuracy work. People seem to love these matches!
