Looking for hands on user experiences with the Stag 15 Tactical upper, and/or the SIG 516 piston upper. Durability / ACCURACY / quality etc etc.....I have a spare LRB lower that I want to complete into a rifle. Looking for any opinions, ideas, or suggestions. Thanks!!

Rockhead(love the handle!), I have found the following:
Rifles(20") tend to shoot a bit more accurately and "easily" than carbines.
DI rifles tend to be a bit more accurate, generally speaking, than piston guns.
Piston guns are easier to clean/maintain than DI guns.
DI guns should be very liberally lubed with oil to keep running, esp. when dirty. An AR will run dirty, if it is WET with oil. It will not run dirty and dry.
It doesn't matter what others think. You find what works for YOU, and keep trucking!
It is better to shoot out a barrel, having fired thousands of rounds, finding out what works, and what doesn't.
Spend your money on stuff that works(see above sentence), than the latest, swoopy, mall-ninja crap from china.
