I traded for a simmons ATV scope a while back. I can't find any info. on this scope any where. If any one knows the original price or the quality of this scope I would appreciate hearing from you.

Dont waste your time mounting it. Simmons = Junk. They are prone to having the lenses shoot loose on rifles of no great recoil. ( a .308 in my case ) I have two buddies who have had the same experience with Simmons scopes coming apart under light to moderate recoil, so I know my problem was not a freak accident. Thought you ought to know before you waste a bunch of time with it.

Bravo 1, I agree with your sentement about simmons. This scope is diffrent than other simmons scopes I have seen befor though. It is no Leupold but some top compitition shooters use it so I see on the net. Thats all I can find about it. So far it has worked well for me and the optics are decent.

Lock and load Bear. Give us a follow up report after you've put a few hundred rounds through it with the Simmons. If they have straightened out the problems they had I'd like to know about it.

I finaly got some info. on this scope. It's made for Wallmart (disapointing, I thought I might have found something good). I have about 500-600 rds on it and it is still on target but as soon as I can afford it I'll get another leupold. For the trade I got it for I'm happy. It gives nice close ups of the last moments of a gophers existance. The scope was on a 7mm REM befor I got it. I'll let ya Know how long it lasts.
