Finally installed the 1/9 twist 16" barrel. Now it shoots the 62 gr. bullets much better. Bought the drum for 90.00 - couldn't resist. I tried to put a second picture of the gas block with the side sling attatchment. Some one could possibly give me some advice

Now thats a wicked looking mini! Is that little thingy protruding out of the gas block, the side sling atachment? How does the drum shoot? And who did your barrel, gas block?

Ruger factory side mount for sling. I modified this to resemble the factory rear mount so that they both would take standard sling hardware. I threaded, and shortened the barrel installed the gas block, and mounted the sight. Barrel swap was farmed out to Mitch at "Vancura Gun Works" near Seattle ( Poulsbo, Wa. )

Looks like quality work leescott. Is the barrel std dia, or .720"?

The barrel is standard. I bought it from Numerich Guns Parts for 30.00, it's a take off. I think they are all 1/9 twist because I requested a 1/7. I could not find a way to add to the original post so I made a new one. Thanks for changing it.
