Should I buy R.R.A. ?

Have a chance to get NIB Rock River Arms A2 standard with 2-30 round mags 1- 10 rounder 1-5 rounder and sling for $775.00. Is this a good deal? Are they good shooters, solid? Any info on these will be appreciated. Never had any ARs before.

So I went to the RRA website and looking through their AR's I see they advertise most models in two versions, one being "post ban." Is the other version then a "pre ban?" Aren't these all new weapons? What's the deal here, anyone know?
