skeletonized 3# trigger skeletonized hammer
ported and cornered ejection port
upswept, palm knot grip safety
polished, improved angle feed ramp
all from the factory........
i've carried one form of 1911 or other for 34+ years as my EDC.......this is the 1st that I have ZERO desire to try to "hot rod" in any way, as SIG has already taken care of it !!
not used to the external extractor on a 1911 but have had great success w/them on other pistols.
Havent gotten to the range yet but it'll come this coming weekend

finally got it out to the range........taped off holes are generally 12.5 yd 1 & 2 handed shots, fresh holes are 7 yard 1 & 2 handed shots.
it ate everything I offered it feed wise including Critical Defense HPs.
not much kick for a compact .45acp at all......totally controllable 1 handed even in rapid fire.
kicks all the brass out @ an 80 to 100 degree angle dropping 6 feet from the shooter.
this is simply the best 1911 compact i've ever shot....I have absolutely ZERO regrets about spending the $ for it !!
