Due to the complexity of NFA and Class III regulations, I will not allow posting of full auto or other NFA / Class III firearms or devices on PerfectUnion BBS. I don't want anyone to run afoul of the law due to ignorance.

In addition, sale of all complete firearms, numbered receivers or any other part, component or accessory on this board must be completed according to state and federal firearms regulations.

If we suspect that illegal parts, conversions, or firearms are being advertised here, or if I determine that state or federal rules governing the transfer of firearms is being bypassed, I will not hesitate to engage the authorities!
