I'm ordering (if I can ever get a round tuit) a Weaver T-09 base, Burris Signature Z rings with the Concentric insert kit, and have a .060" taperd shim to ramp my scope even more if needed. I have a Tasco 6-24x44mm Target scope. My intension is to explore the outer limits of the 22 LR, by Zeroing the scope at 200 yd. Using the elevation knob to bump it up to over 300 yds with probably 48 gr scoremax ammo if it shoots well in my rifle. I expect to get 6" groups or better at 300 yds.
"Shurely you jest", you might say. No I believe it can be done, and will finish my project this spring. Posting the good, the bad, or the ugly.
