Hidy Ho folks! I've got a Remington ADL long action with a synthetic stock. I've been giving some consideration lately to buying a wood or laminated stock. If I do this, I might also like to convert the Remmy to a BDL with a hinged floor plate. In fact, the stock I've found that I really like is made only for the BDL. Other than a hinged floorplate and trigger guard, what else would I need to do this?:2guns:

A few of the differences the BDL has are:

Hooded ramp front site
skip-line checkering instead of fine-line
a black forend tip grip with a white spacer

I'm not sure about the ADL's rear site and trigger. I know the BDL trigger and rear site are fully adjustable.

Holiday, I have a BDL wood stock for a long action that I just took off and am replacing with a Borden stock. You would need a hinged floorplate. Let me know if interested. The stock is listed on this site for sale. Charlie Milliron (groundhog devastation or GHD)
