Lyman's reloading manual has a specific section for various calibers loaded for the T/Cs.

Also, check on ebay for the reloading manual for Thompson Contenders. It shows ALL load data for ALL calibers that Thompson Center Arms manufactures. Cost is about $12! Best manual for T/C shooters that want to roll their own!

I have a reloading manual specifically for TC. It seems to be a digest of multiple other reloading manuals, which is much more economical than purchasing every single manual that covers TCs. I think I bought it from Midway USA years ago, before I discovered ebay.

I use a top load of H322 with 40gr V-Max in my 21" factory tapered s/s 223 Contender barrel = crazy accurate.
