Are there any .308 dia bullets less than 100 grains that I can use to reload 7.62 x 39 mm for a mini 30? Thank you.

There are some rifle bullets intended for the M1 Carbine that are around 110 grain. Lower than that are pistol bullets intended for the CZ52, Tokarev and C96 Mauser.

You can get into expansion issues here. I'd like to know what you find out.
