Redfields are made in the Phillipines now. The old company apparently had a go with the EPA over lens coatings disposal and threw in the towel. I'm a Redfield guy and have several. I had a late date one that was defective and the new company took it back and discounted a new one to me. Then I noticed it was Phillipine, works very well though.
