Does anyone have the thickness for the recoil buffer from Buffer Technology?I found some urethane material here at work and would like to know what thickness they use , so I'll have a reference.
I believe they are near 1/8". You can do a search, enter Recoil Buffer. Some had some problems with them being too thick. http://www.perfectunion.com/forums/showthr...t=recoil+buffer
I made one about .100 out of neupreme rubber. Works fine for me. If you can get some material try one if it dosen't work sand it down or take it back off.
Just test fired my rifle with my home made polyurethane recoil buffer.I found an unserviceable polyurethane skid pad that came off of a grit collection device and I recycled it.It is just a little thiner than 1/8 in.
