I am not one to say negative things about anyone, but I once when inside lock, stock and barrel since I reside very close to them and they gave me terrible customer service.

My money goes to the business that gives me the best customer service. I give the best cutomer service possible to my client's and feel I should be treated the same.

I will do my best not to return to them for business.

Hey cajungeo

Lock, stock and barrel's customer service was not about my
mini-14. I believe my friend and I were asking generic questions about firearms and the like and the person helping us, which I believe was thier gunsmith would answer our questions with a smart ass answer and give us smart ass looks. It was the first time we had ever been in that store and last time. My friends and I spend a lot of $$$ on our firearms and too bad someone else is raking in the cash.

Hey blzn, I don't blame ya. If the guy has a problem he shouldn't bring an attitude to work, and vent on customers.
