Would like to put a muzzle brake on a new R.R.A. But don't want to send it to the company. Can most competent smith's do this?

by the way rock river makes wilson brakes they dont advertise the brake that wilson sells but they do sell it. i'll by buying 2 my self for my ar's the wilson is about 35.00 dollars the rock river is 25.00 and rock river makes theirs go figure... found out wilson and rock river have been in bed together for a while ar-15 related of course...
