I've got an unmarked mag that I believe is an early PMI 30 rounder. It works good and I like it just fine.

Maybe the dealer knows something that NOBODY else knows! <G>

Are these mags(30rndr) any good? The dealer told me that this company makes the Ruger Mini-14 Mags! Is this true.? [/QUOTE]

Hey Dogman, I bought 2- 30 rd PMI mags last christmas. They work great. They are about 3/8" longer than other no name mags, but I still have to leave out a round or two, to load them with the bolt closed. I paid $29 each. In june they went up to $39 at the gun show. PMI doesn't make mags for Ruger! I wish I had more PMI'S

I bought a Ruger 20 round magazine for $19.99 with my rifle. Of course that was in 1988. <G>

If I'd only known....

They work great for me however I have paid $57 and up a piece for mine but they work and that's what truely matters in the end. I save my factory mags for REAL use if the need ever arises.:usa:
