Powder is hard to come by at the moment. I need, for the near term, to use a powder I have on hand to load a 58 grain bullet (Hornady Z-Max) bullet for a 243 Winchester bolt action rifle.

Powders available are:
Accurate 1680
Hodgdon 322
Accurate 2015
Hodgdon 335
IMR 4895
Winchester 748
IMR 4350
Hodgdon Hybrid 100V

Which powder(s) do you recommend I try?

Most of those are .223 powders but I think you might get by with IMR 4895 or H335. I'm not familiar with IMR 4350 or Hybred 100V. I would think something slower if possible. I just bought some AA2700 to try out. But, I want to shoot 85 grain bullets. kwg

Hodgdon says I4895, H335 ok. Accurate data from 2003 says 2015 ok but later v3.5 data doesnt have info for this power for 243. I found refs elsewhere to old load data for w748 but no reliable sources.

Decided to try 2015 first. I have plenty and min use for it.
