Have love this Beretta 1200F for years. Same platform as the Military and Police 1201. Light weight, totally reliable inertia system, Very few Parts. Cut it down to 20".

I don't know that I'd call a Beretta shotgun a "poor man's" anything. Love my Beretta 1301 Tactical.

Yeah, my poorman’s shotgun is a former local pd 870 pump With a cylinder choke barrel.
