I want to put a pistol grip stock on my mini, but it is a series 180 andhave been told tat none will fit. Can anybody tell me why they won't fit? Does anybody know a compny that makes one to fit it. Thanks you

The 180 series is different than all the other mini's. The receiver is a different dimmension, so newer mini stocks won't fit it.

i have just acquired a mini 14 stainless in the 182 series and it rests comfortably in a ramline folding pistolgrip stock, hope this helps with your quest:usa:

I know cajungeo is right about the receiver (180 series) being different dimension than all the rest. I don't know the exact dimension differences,but it would seem that as long as the (180 series) was larger,you could do some trimming on the stock to make it fit. I know I've done my share of "fudging" with those polymer stocks to make them fit in the past.
