wish I had my digi-cam going I've smoke/roasted 2 real masterpieces, one for me another for relative liveing short ways off.

Sounds Good! I haven't done any pork in quite awhile. Looks like pork prices are coming down right now from what I have read on some farm and ranch sites.

yes they are good, tore them apart and mixed in sauce to simmer before freezing.
I ate 3 sandwiches w/cole slaw stuffed w/the small one I smoked for the me the other larger one goes to nephew, his mom and sister and hubby.

the 'bark' of the roast basted with 'williamson bro's' sauce (made in Georgia, chipotle peppers in it) is fine eating, uumm, uumm.
