I would like to commend Hi-Point firearms for CHEERFULLY replacing a bolt for me free of charge. The fault lie entirely with me, and not with the carbine in the slightest, but the lady who answered the phone would not hear of me paying for a bolt that I didn't tighten enough and lost.

There was no "press 1 for this, 2 for that" bs, just a friendly human answering the phone on the second or third ring. Beat that! I bet a lot of companies that charge a lot more for their carbines don't offer that kind of service.

I like to hear of service like that. IT helps smooth out the bad feelings of the other type of service we have had.
