Hi All - I just recently bought a NRA Ruger Mini 14 and plan on getting a Weaver V-7 2-7X32 Riflescope but I am not sure on what scope rings I need to get. I think the scope is 1" diameter, however, not sure what height scope rings I need. Also - do you have to get the Ruger scope rings or will other manufactured rings work? THanks for your help!

Since you have to buy rings, I would strongly suggest Warne Quick Detach rings for the mini. They hold zero, and its so nice to go to iron sights when the mood hits.
1" rings medium height should do just fine.

They fit the Ruger Blackhawks too..

Will those work directly on the Mini 14 or do I need to get a weaver adapter mount?

Those fit directly on the mini scope mounts.

Shop around, you might find a better deal. "1RLM" is what you need to look for.

I had the Warne QR rings and they are not user friendly. Try these, they are quality rings. alaskaarmsllc.com.
I hope this link works. Call Morris, the manufacturer of these rings and he will take care of you. I am extremely happy with these rings on my Mini 14.
