I am just pleased as punch to see this forum get started. I shoot both Contenders and Encores, I have a 7tcu carbine [contender] had a 7-30 waters, and never did get it to shoot like I thought it should, so swapped with Ed's and am verry satasfied. I have a 14" 7tcu that I hunt with, and both the carbine barrel and the pistol barrel are very accurate. I also shoot the 44 mag in contender, along with a 22 match 14".
My Encore is a muzzleloader, haven't picked up another barrel for it yet, but I've been looking, thinking of a 280 Ackley inproved.
I'll be hanging around some!

Guess I better put up something good about you on this post after the other silhouette post. I cannot think of a better moderator for the T/C forum. Not that Sixgun knows only about T/C's. I have known Sixgun for probably 10 years and he got me started into shooting and hunting with handguns. Sixgun is knowledgeable about almost all guns and especially handguns. He is helpful to new shooters and a very good spokesperson for the sport. Just my few cents worf-woops. :usa:

Wal we seen him shoot at tha 4 th annual and he ain't so fancy. Why I seen him hit onna leff side a little low . . . on the 440 yard target while he wuz shooting standing using no rest. But then the smart aleck shot again and hit in the center but I think it was a flook shot myownself. But he seems to make a lotta them flook shots doan he? Is something tha matter wiff tha boy? Has he been taken captive by them space aliens? That might be whutz tha matter wiff him ya know? Cuz it ain't normal fer a man to shoot like that so they gotta be something tha matter wiff him.
