I need a Mini30 Factory folder, anyone outhere with one that they dont need anymore????

I don't think the mini 30 ever came with a folder from the factory. You can however by a mini 14 stock and put it on a mini 30.

If you go in the For Sale- Complete Firearms forum there is a listing for a Mini 14 Package Deal, it lists a factory folder stock!
