I ordered a desert eagle 50 ae and an extra 440 corbon barrel.when the gun shop called to pick up the de,they informed me the 440 corbon was discontinued.after scouring the country for barrels and finding all have vanished,I was forced to purchase a complete 440 corbon 10 inch pistol.my christmas is going to be filled with the sounds of thunder,if my wife doesnt kill me before then.good thing the de is too big for her.any recommendations for a christmas gift?(guess something with fur might ease the pain lol):rapid: :2guns: :ar15:

Then you get what you want (a DE50 and 2 barrel sets), and I get what I want, a DE50 that I can put a barrel in.

I purchased the 50 ae for $1200,the 440 set me back $1400.
the barrels are $400+.$800 bucks gets you 50 ae minus barrel.

whats up with california gun laws shesh? it only holds 7 shots,its not like your gonna conceal it,and it makes a thunderous boom,you will not go unnoticed.what is illegal? the caliber?

CA has a list of firearms that have passed a "drop test".

Since DE hasn't passed the 50, only a certain model called the CA44 (or somesuch) is allowed to be sold new, or transferred into the state.

For me, that means if I want a DE50, I have to buy it from a CA resident.
