I put a order in last week (24" varmint upper with stainless steel bull barrel, freefloat), and I don't expect it to come in for another month or so. I would rather them take their time and get it right the first time then send me a jacked up upper. But it's like that all over, and the prices at my local gun store are horrendous ($1900 for a 16" 1/9 .223 with A2 fixed carry handle and iron sights, and it's some off brand lower) and that's the cheapest. I could have bought that in November for 1000 less, crazy. But I've heard that M1S does good work so hopefully it's worth the wait.

I haven't even received so much as a email from them yet, but I knew it would take some time. I'm guessing I won't see my upper for another month, if not more, I would call them to ask for a completion date but from what I have heard their customer service is not up to par and I don't like chewing people out over the phone, much more effective in person.
