Make absolutely sure you have the right part.
Set up the workplace, procedure, tools, practice a few dry-runs.
Cool the barrel with the front sight in a bucket full of water and ice. If you have access to dry ice or liquid nitrogen, even better but try water ice first.
Heat the muzzle brake in boiling water on on fire.
As the barrel/sight contract and the brake expands, quickly try to assemble them.
Good luck.
If that does not work, you may have to do some grinding on the brake.
