I posted a while back some pics of poor groups of my Mini-30. Since then I glass bedded the stock & lowered the torque of the gas block to around 28 instead of 34. Groups are much better now & the glass bed job turned out really good especially since it was my first attempt. I got some epoxy in the half moon holes behind the magazine well & knocked a piece of epoxy out on one side near the top of the stock removing the action after bedding it. I re-worked that small area again & now everything turned out fine. The gun fits in the stock really snug now. Anyway here are some pics of the better groups at 100 yards. As you can see on one of the targets I'm still getting a very low 1st shot on a cold barrel but groups are good after that. Anybody got a solution for the low 1st shot on a cold barrel? Thanks to everyone for your help.
