I see lots of talk about PMI, Masen, and Pro-Mag, both good and bad. What about Thermold??? I have 8 Thermold Mini-14 Mags, and all of them function perfectly!!! Are these still available?? I bought them at a gunshow and the guy I bought them from said they were AR mags, but when I got home, they would not fit in my AR. Then I noticed there was no mag catch, and I also noticed the follower had that pointy thingy that Mini-14 mags have!! I have been happy ever since.

I agree with you 100%. They've been the best mags I've had. They fit nice and tight in the rifle and feed flawlessly.

Hey guys, if you click on the search button, and enter "thermold" several pages of posts will come up. They are plastic, but seem to work well.

never tried them for the Mini. They work like a champ in my AR's and seem to be the best in my Bushmaster bullpup.
