I have a 186 series and want to put on a factory black synthetic stock. Does anyone know if a 580 or 581 series black factory stock will fit my gun? Thanks in advance!

well by reading around on my own I guess I will stick with the original wood stock

your rifle will fit in any stock other than a Promag Sparta, or one specifically for a 180 series.

that being said... have a look at the black Houge overmolded or nylon stock.

it's a bit more rigid than the factory synthetic.
