Since July 5th...

Adjusted gas block. Choate flash hider, Accu-Strut SOCOM, 1911 recoil buffer, long picatinny rail on the bottom of the fore grip. Magpul AVG2 on the long rail. Small picatinny rail, left side of fore grip (hope to have a small laser sometime soon). Took the old Choate stock and sanded it smooth, primed with automotive grade primer. Then sprayed on several coats of Krylon Flat Black (might do a clear too).

Not looking too bad so far. Next, a Giles 3 point sling, Tech-Sites rear sight and then a trigger job. Other then that, not much else to do to it I don't think? Would love a SCAR stock but, that is way out of my price range.

The AVG2 really added to the rifle and helped me. Prior, I couldn't hold the rifle with my left hand. It doesn't bend much. Now, its damn near perfect.

Been tossing around the idea of a Choate M4 stock. Looks good, I'd like to see one in person first.

Looks great, PDXS3T. I really like the Accu-Strut SOCOM and hope to get one for my 185-series soon.
