I need a forend liner for a late model Mini 14, but they seem to be sold out everywhere. Would anybody happen to have a lead on one, have one laying around, new, used, I pay!

They are all "backordered" Every one. Also tried the bay, nada. I did see some 5 round mags for $80 but passed on that thankfully don't need any mags right now.

I know I have one on a wood stock I'm not using. I'll check tonight.

Indeed it will. All forend liners are the same -- the only thing that changes is what they "clip" to in the magazine well.

On the synthetics, there's a tab molded into the stock.

On wood stocks, it's a part of the "stock reinforcement," the metal part that screws into the mag well.

Ruger Parts is your best bet. Midway and the others have been on backorder for a long time now. I called Ruger 2 weeks ago and they had none. I called them last week and they had 8.
