I have a no-name 30 round that I bought with my new mini that just did not work so well. Sometimes it would spit out an extra round as it chambered another, a few times when I shot the mini, it would fall out the bottom, it had really sharp edges....

The Fix:

After two bleeding finger tips, I filed down all sharp edges.
Then, I swapped out the follower from the 5-rd factory mag with the 30-rd follower.
I noticed the two flanges (?) on the top (that hold the rounds in the mag) were a little mis-shapen so I used pliers to shape them like the factory mag's.

Now it works great. Plus the aftermarket follower works in the factory mag but I did need to drill a small hole for the spring in the tab on the bottom.

Had a PMI 20 that failed to feed. I found the lock block was mounted 1/8"+ low. I measured it against a good one and made a form from popsickle sticks, taped it in place and filled it in with JB Weld not the Quik. Removed the form before it fully hardened and trimmed the top of the block down with a Dremel, a needle file and fine grit sandpaper and some TLC and it runs like a rabbit.
