Just got a 5-shot mag. that is stamped mini-14,but it is a mag. for a mini-30.Ruger must of made a mistake building mags that day.Has anyone else ever heard of this.

Welcome to the forum Ruger62. No I haven't heard of this error before. I have 2 - 5 rd Ruger mags both stamped mini-14, both fit, and function. Ya gonna send it back?

BTW, I'm moving this thread to the Mini-14 Mag section.

I am thinking about calling ruger about mag. This could be a collecters item.
