I recently purchased a DPMS LR 308. I would like to replace the handguard with a quad-rail. I put a UTG Model 4/15 (MTU001) on my Bushmaster Carbon 15 and it fits perfectly, but it won't fit the LR308. Any suggestions for what will fit?

You need a 308 specific one since the barrel nut is larger and the receiver is larger. Apex makes some great ones that I have on mine, MI makes some, just google search and find more, I can't remember them now, but they are out there.

LR308 Hand guard

A local gun store had a Magpul Mag440 hand guard in the old plastic bag packaging. The price was not unreasonable so I took a chance. It fits tight and looks good. Now I just need to get some rail segments for it.

I have a jp enterprise on mine, vtac makes a nice one also, Daniel defense has a quad rail that will fit. And I think bushmaster and dpms sell one. A ar15 one won't work any sU you slice it.
